Despite the vast expense, and effort of the sickness industry, the health and vitality of the population continues to worsen.

In fact, every disease known to man is simply a case of cellular malfunction.
If we learn to give our body what it needs to create healthy cells, then sickness cannot manifest.

| What your body needs to be healthy. |
Your body needs to create healthy cells. At the rate of 7,000,000 per second. Every second of every day, (and that is just the count for red blood cells alone).
All you need to do is provide the correct nutrients through the food that you eat. Your body will miraculously do the rest.
But, as you will see below, we have strayed so far from nature, that it is no longer easy to provide the correct nutrients. Certainly not with the commonly available foods. |

Toxins. Your body already produces enough waste as a by-product of metabolism. That is fine by itself. Now look at the modern industrialized diet.
We get through up to 60 kilos of refined sugar per person per year, most of the fats we eat are processed in some way, we eat vast amounts of white flour products, and huge amounts of animal products of all kinds. And all of the food that we eat is tainted by pesticide residues.

Living Plant foods consist of all plant foods that are not cooked. By eating those foods without cooking, you are keeping the delicate phytonutrients intact.
In fact, Enzymes are totally destroyed at anything over 40 degrees centigrade, (or body temperature). So most of your food should be from the plant kingdom, and uncooked.
Fruits and vegetables, in their natural raw state have a unique digestion in our body. They contain the enzymes required for their own digestion.
That means fruit and vegetables are providing the best nutrition for the least drawdown of digestive energy!
Fruit, vegetables and sprouts have the ideal percentages of vital food elements..

How to re-create the garden of eden in your own home |
You can actually create a mini garden on your windowsill at home, and enjoy fresh living green foods all year round.
You can sprout seeds, and grow your own salad greens in less than a week!
You can even grow “baby-greens” from Wheat (for wheatgrass juice) and from pea, buckwheat and sunflower.
You can make fresh juice from celery, cucumber, kale, lemon, ginger, fennel, and any added fruit you like.
The celery is great bone food, kale have anti cancer properties, ginger and fennel are great cleansing herbs.
All of the above foods give your body the ingredients for healthy cells, and also allow better detox of your entire body. |
- Eat as much organic produce as possible. By growing your own sprouts you can make most of your greens organic.
- Make half your plate at lunch and dinner raw green food, with coloured salad veges added. Put a delicious home made dressing on top.
- Ideally eat only about 20% of your diet as cooked foods. To start with 50-50 is good.
- Lots of fruit for energy. Low fruit diets are a mistake that leads to high fat intake.
- Eat and Juice Green sprouts.
- Take Wheatgrass Juice every day. 2 to four ounces daily. That is One quarter cup, twice a day. But start with one small shot (= 1 fl oz, or 25ml).
- Take blue-green and green algae. Get the best quality you can. These contain important elements often lacking from modern diets.
- Soak and sprout all nuts seeds and legumes before cooking or eating. This deactivates the enzyme inhibitors, reactivates the enzymes, pre-digests complex nutrients like carbohydrates, proteins and fats, and removes toxic substances.
- Use ginger as digestive and tonic. Excellent in juice or shredded in salad. Supplement with high quality digestive enzymes.
- Avoid Processed foods of all kinds. This includes flour. Avoid Meat, Dairy, Fried Foods, Microwaved Foods, Salted foods, and Foods with isolated sugars.
